Book a class

Last updated 24 October 2026. These terms govern class bookings, memberships, and use of the Omnia Studio & Club website. By booking a class you accept them.

Bookings

  • Online bookings hold your place for 15 minutes. A confirmation is sent to the email address you provide.
  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your session. Late entry is at the coach’s discretion for safety reasons.
  • Cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before the class to avoid forfeiting the session. Members may cancel in the member portal; non-members should email frontdesk@omnia.club.
  • Waitlists are offered in order. If a place opens you will be emailed and have two hours to accept.

Memberships

  • Memberships begin with a three-month commitment and continue month-to-month unless cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
  • Every membership may be frozen for up to 60 days per calendar year at no cost, after month three.
  • Black Card and Recovery Pass include unlimited recovery lab access. Movement Pass members receive member pricing on recovery sessions.
  • Prices are quoted in South African rand and include VAT. Annual plans are billed once for twelve months at the advertised annual rate.

Health and safety

Exercise and thermal therapy carry inherent risk. You confirm that you are medically fit to train and to use sauna and cold plunge facilities. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled blood pressure, or are recovering from surgery. Follow all coach instructions and never use the plunge alone.

Studio conduct

Phones are silenced on the training floor. Photography of other members requires consent. Chalk, towels, and equipment are provided; please return weights and reformer springs to their marked positions.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Omnia is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the studios or website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
