Last updated 24 October 2026. Omnia Studio & Club respects your privacy. This notice explains what we collect when you book a class, join the club, or subscribe to the Sunday Protocol — and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Booking details: your name, email address, phone number, class selection, and any notes you choose to share with a coach.
- Membership enquiries: your name, contact details, chosen tier, and billing preference. No payment card data is collected on this website.
- Newsletter: your email address and subscription status.
- Technical data: anonymised server logs used to keep the site secure and fast.
Why we use it
To confirm and manage your booking, prepare your session, respond to membership enquiries, send the newsletter you asked for, and meet our legal and safety obligations. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
Retention
Booking and membership records are held for as long as you are an active member, and for up to three years afterwards for accounting and legal purposes. Newsletter records are held until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept for 30 days.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us operate the club — hosting, email delivery, and booking administration — under written data-processing terms. We may disclose information if required by law.
Your rights
Under POPIA and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Email privacy@omnia.club and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) or your local supervisory authority.

This site uses only essential cookies for login and form security. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
